I’ll still using GoPro again as long as they resolve those issues I mentioned before, if not then I’ll move to the competition brand.Bearing in mind that at the moment my camera is malfunctioning and I need a replacement
I have been trying all day long but I cant even open my account, I meant to take payment for the subscription took like 10 seconds but to sort my issue with the camera is inaccessible.
I am really disappointed, I had been customer since the first naked camera, first action camera in the market I had go all the fittings and all the gear I have had many go-pro cameral almost all the models but it looks that doesn't matter they prefer to loose a customer like me rather than activate the customer services system. I am sorry but I think your services aren't good enough to keep using your products.

I have several GoPro camera's and unfortunately i waterlogged my hero 12 - granted my fault but as a subscriber i'm entitled to purchase a new one at a reduced rate. In my request, i said i was heading on a trip in three weeks and needed to replace it.
My only response every day when i made contact was that someone would be in touch. That their wait time was three hours - plus. Well it's been a week and i log the issue every day and no response. I've tried the chat function and get a response saying they are unusually busy and to try again later.
I try again later and get the same message.
I've googled the toll free number in the U.S but that number gets a message bank but no one has rung me back.
The camera's are great when they work but this company is losing its consumer base. Next stop Google review.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter with GoPro that left me feeling scammed and disappointed. Here's my story:
It all began when I received an email from GoPro, notifying me that my $49.95 monthly subscription needed to be renewed.
Given that I wasn't particularly keen on continuing with the same plan, I decided to decline the renewal offer.
However, things took a turn for the worse when I attempted to update my credit card information to ensure the non-renewal. To my surprise, GoPro's system was set to charge me the full $49.95, despite the previously offered $24.95 rate.
Feeling understandably frustrated and bewildered, I reached out to GoPro's chat support in the hopes of resolving this issue. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The support agents were unhelpful and, frankly, rather unpleasant in their responses.
Instead of addressing my concern, they simply instructed me to "contact billing."
This is where the frustration peaked. Not only was there no clear way to contact GoPro's billing department, but I also couldn't find any email addresses or phone numbers for anyone at GoPro. It felt like hitting a brick wall, and I was left with no viable means of resolving the issue.
In the end, this entire experience left me feeling scammed and disillusioned with GoPro's customer service.
It's disheartening to encounter a company that offers such little support and transparency to its customers. My hope is that by sharing this story, others can avoid falling victim to similar frustrations and inconveniences when dealing with GoPro.

I gave a gift of a Go Pro camera and a one-year subscription to one of my adult sons for Christmas last year, NOT this year. The subscription auto renewed without GoPro notifying me and without my agreement, charged my AMEX $49.99.
The phone number on my AMEX bill goes to an automated phone line with select "special" recordings. Twice when I called, the recording asked my age and when I finally selected an option tried to sell me Medicare projects. Today, when I called the recording went on and on trying to sell me a first alert call button. When I called other numbers no one will assist me with my refund, but the agents try to tell me about special promotions or I am transferred and the call drops or unfortunately when I connected with a live person yesterday, the representative spoke English somewhat but I could not understand her dialect and she certainly did not understand my repeated requests for a refund of the subscription.
We have not used the subscription since it was charged to me, my son does NOT want the subscription as a gift, and I never promised to renew a one-time gift. I want a refund on this unauthorized charge for a subscription renewal. It should be entirely possible to contact a company and ask for a refund without going to extraordinary lengths and spending extraordinary time on a simple request. I have given two Go Pro cameras as gifts and also have purchased many pieces of equipment as additional gifts.
I do not understand why Go Pro would want to alienate an otherwise satisfied, repeat customer.
This has made me so angry that if I do not receive a quick resolution meaning a complete and timely refund to my AMEX, I will post my personal experience everywhere I can think of as warning to potential customers to rethink their idea of a Go Pro as a gift. I certainly hope that this attempt is successful and that my experience is somehow a fluke and not representative of Go Pros company values or standard operating procedures.
User's recommendation: I received an email response from Go Pro almost immediately with a case number after contacting Pissed Consumer. On my own, I was not having any success in finding someone after multiple tries. The rep reiterated that the Go Pro policy is no refunds on subscriptions even if it is for next year and the recipient renewal email and the payment email are two different people. They did give my son a free accessory and put a note in my file NOT to renew next year. I also called AMEX and put a block on any future charges from Go Pro and recommend requesting a block for any reoccurring charges for any subscription. If you decide to renew, you can easily unblock the charge which is an easier process. I suggest using the chat option; it is easier to understand and gives you a record of what is said.
DO NOT enter your credit card information on the GoPro site!!!
I have recently had an opportunity to chat with GoPro customer service. In that chat the representative was completely unhelpful.
At this point I could not find a reason to continue with their subscription service so I went to the site and in my account I canceled my subscription. To ensure they didn't charge my account again I attempted to remove my credit card information from my account. I could not find a way to do this so I again contacted customer support to ask how to do this.
The Rep. told me there was no way to do this and the best thing to do is delete my account which would cut access to my subscription that I have 10 months let on.
I asked about 20 times to escalate my issue and eventually the had a supervisor contact me via phone.
He too was unhelpful, I want my credit card information off their site and I want access to the subscription I paid for. They are completely unhelpful.
