Extremely Terrible Customer Service. You never can talk to a human person.
My GoPro 11 has a crack in the left upper corner. Walmart and their online store will not honor it.
I never used it. I was told to call the GoPro company because I do not want my money back, just to exchange it.
I have emailed so many times with no one getting back to me.
I would really appreciate it if someone would call me or resolve my issue.

- Gopro 8 i currently have does not have a rear facing camera it does not have some of the functions like the newer ones

The delivery was in a seniors residential community. I was driving through the parking lot, in a car with a handicap plate, heading for the last available handicap parking spot.
The driver whipped ahead, cutting me off, parked in the handicap spot ( he did not have handicap plate or placard) whichwasclearlymarked for residentsonly.
I parked farther down the lot, my passenger, using a walker, had to walk too far to get to the entrance. I confronted the driver in the building, he walked out without delivering the package.

Purchased GoPro 10 from Costco 5/2023 (have receipt). I use the GoPro for Scuba Diving, Hikes, snorkeling and playing in the ocean.
I usually have used the underwater case as I had with the two previous "non waterproof" GoPro cameras. I was in Aruba last week with friends for a week (5/31-6/7). Since i wasn't scuba diving, I decdied to use the camera without the underwater case as it is waterproof upto 33 feet and I was used it for snorkeling in less than 3-4 feet of water. The camera quit working after 10-15 minutes and I thought it was a low battery issue.
I pulled the battery later back at the resort to find salt water residue on the side of the battery and a little in the battery compartment. I tried to turn on with no success. Very dissappointed with the waterproofing of the GoPro10. I am a diver and have used camera's with housings that use o rings to seal the housing units.
Never a leak and I made sure that the battery compartment door was shut properly before heading out to snorkel. Is there any assistance to replaceing the defected camera?

On 02/19/2024, I purchased a GoPro Hero 12 Creator Edition camera from the A1 Bulgaria mobile operator. The camera was used no more than a few times, only with the Volta Hand Grip, without any impacts, damage or external interventions.
In February of this year, during a trip to the Philippines, the camera refused to work during its first immersion in seawater at a depth of about 50-70 cm - in full compliance with the manufacturer's stated waterproofing conditions.
After my return, I handed it over for warranty repair to the Bouchon company.
After three weeks, I received a refusal with the argument that water had penetrated the camera due to "incorrect or incomplete closing of the battery cover", which is an extremely unfounded and categorically false statement. I performed a careful check before use, I know the device well, I have also used other GoPro models in the past.
I would like to point out that I am an experienced user of 55 years and have strictly followed all the operating instructions, carefully checking the covers of the camera before use and that it has not been submerged to a depth exceeding its waterproof specification.
I believe that the conclusion of the service is not adequately justified and represents an attempt to refuse warranty service for reasons that have not been proven, so I categorically do not accept being accused of negligence or failure to follow elementary instructions for use.
Such allegations are not only unfounded, but also insulting.
Please study the described case in detail and, if possible, have the device repaired or replaced under warranty, as I believe that this is a clear factory defect that was not caused by me. Otherwise, I will be forced to seek my rights through all possible legal channels.
Can't get new GoPro to work
It would send me a password for my email to operate my new gopro .so I paid for something I can't use.

Aucune mise à jour possible, aucun soutien dans la recherche herche ou l'offre de solution.
En dehors de çà, les interlocuteurs sont charmants et à l'écoute, ils ne font malheureusement que suivre la ligne fixée par la société, je le comprends parfaitement.

I cannot get a hold of anybody to talk to. You have not called me back.
It would be nice if somebody would call me. I have tried and tried to get through to somebody.
We sent an email over a year ago and still have not heard anything from the company, so that's pretty sad when you cannot talk to someone. So if you don't mind, would you please make an effort to call me back so we can talk to a human, not a machine?
