Buyer beware, no return on completely unused product

I purchased a hero10 gopro camera with accessory bubdle and magazine subscription, so a top of the line package for ny husband for christmas. Unfortunately he doesnt feel comfortable using it due to his eyesight and the small screen. I don't understand how an upscale product like that cant be returned just because of an automatically applied web discount. This is not a way to treat a customer.

I have purchased my gopro hero 8 black 20/25 days back and its not working now ... Story - i am vloging on my camera as usual on 15 may 2022 at morning 6/7 AM suddenly it starts hanging while recording and after that i shut it down and turn on but it doesn't start after that i plugged out the battery and then plugged in but its not starting and after that i came to my house and charge it but nothing worked i have tried everything to start it but nothing changes... I am simply trying to place and order but the system won't take it and i can't speak with anyone in customer service to assist! This is ridiculous!!! I received a call telling me i have to troubleshoot and figure out why my order isn't going through because they can not process it over the phone! I have done everything they suggested and the order still will not go through! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I NEED ASSISTANCE PUTTING THIS ORDER THROUGH!!!

Motion detection

Call was rejected. I was given a recording saying no one was available to take the call. No way to reach GoPro at all.

My GoPro won't turn on

My GoPro won't turn on
I was using it and I noticed after a few minutes that it wasn't on! So I tried to power it again it didn't come and the rear screen went dark. It felt hot to touch so I opened the battery door and pulled the battery out and the battery looked melted around the prong connection on the battery. So I let it cool down and I put the second battery in and the gopro still doesn't come on. My heart dropped because I only used my action camera 3 times since I've had it smh.

User's recommendation: Honestly I don't know what to think at this point because I really haven't used it enough to give my opinion about this camera or the company.

Refund $49.99 may 22,2022

I am being charged for a subscription or something. I don't have a gopro my son used my PayPal account to buy his girlfriend one for her birthday last year and bought a subscription. We didn't know this would be a reoccurring subscription every year. I am asking for a refund of $49 99 charged to my PayPal card on May 22, 2022.

Billing issue

I was charged for a subscription on May 22,2022 for $49.99. I am not sure why, I actually don't own a go pro. My son used my account to order his girlfriend one for her birthday and when I looked back a $49,99 was also charged then. I am guess this is for a subscription. I would like my money returned fir this last purchase of $49.99 on May 22 and if there is a subscription please cancel it. It's on my pay pal account.
