Got the usual -( No one is here to take your call, leave a message and well call you back) Yeah, like thats going to happen. I also failed to get any information from their offshore customer service center, and their online chat was completely unresponsive.

Camera wont charge. When I first set it up it took days plugged into a USB to charge. Since over 10 small recordings the battery is just slowly losing charge. It will not stay charging for more then 2 seconds. Call the toll free number and it will not let me speak with a person about the issue. 700.00 worth of junk. By a knock off brand that's why their stock is also worthless.

I got my go pro back in December. Never been used.

Went to go out yesterday and ride my dirt bike Because of the nice weather and charged it the night before the red light came on like it was charging.

But would never turn on the next day. Never had a video recorded on it.

I have been trying for two weeks now to get support from Gopro. The issue is they have farmed out support to Philippines so they dont have to support their customers and those people are not at all trained. avoid gopro. No one, in all of the 27 requests for support have once offered to take any troubleshooting steps much less look up my actual acoount. They just blame Apple

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After going through several agents who were not trained and could not offer help, I finally found that one person who was willing to resolve my issues and sent me some free schwagg for compensation. Thanks PC for helping out.

Refuse to offer support after paying for app. Support is overseas and they will not do anything to resolve my issues. They claim they cannot email or transfer toi a supervisor and refuse to refund my money. My $500 camera will not connect to computer and I get a myriad of excuses in error messages which I took screenshots but cannot send them to gopro. The app is $60 per year and I can't cancel.

Lost camera

Subscription camera was lost we gave it as gift no Subscription which order to our knowledge we were informed that we did pay you last year not realizing it its on the credit card this year for another year subscription we do not want to receive this and we do not want to be charged for it there was no way to get in touch with you guys so we would like you to take care of this as soon as possible as we had to report this to our credit card We have no paperwork in our possession so we therefore do not have a number to login with and I dont have a receipt only that your credit youre charging my credit card
