Verified BuyerGopro won't turn on. It's brand new
I got my go pro back in December. Never been used.
Went to go out yesterday and ride my dirt bike Because of the nice weather and charged it the night before the red light came on like it was charging.
But would never turn on the next day. Never had a video recorded on it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After going through several agents who were not trained and could not offer help, I finally found that one person who was willing to resolve my issues and sent me some free schwagg for compensation. Thanks PC for helping out.

Lost camera
Subscription camera was lost we gave it as gift no Subscription which order to our knowledge we were informed that we did pay you last year not realizing it its on the credit card this year for another year subscription we do not want to receive this and we do not want to be charged for it there was no way to get in touch with you guys so we would like you to take care of this as soon as possible as we had to report this to our credit card We have no paperwork in our possession so we therefore do not have a number to login with and I dont have a receipt only that your credit youre charging my credit card
