Today I tried to buy a Karma. In fact, 100 Karmas.
After almost two hours and six calls I said screw it. Can't even get through on sales line to buy I am sure I will never get through for service & support. Great idea. Poor execution.
We were ordering over 100 units for a tourist sightseeing franchise operation. Forget about that. At least the competition answers their phone. Nick needs to answer the phone for sales if not service.
Worst billion dollar customer service I have ever called. I did get thru one time after a 20 minute wait. Unfortunately Nick thinks its wise to route overflow offshore.
Really bad idea. I could not even understand the words that the guy that wanted to tell me why I should buy was saying.
