Not resolved

Called 2 times in two days as I wanted to order a $1200 system.The best way to see if a company deserves my order is to go right to the phone.

Needless to say, I am keeping my money in my wallet and will find other means to photograph. I was sent oversees to a rep WHO KNEW LESS ABOUT THE SYSTEM THEN I DID! That took 40 minutes - at least I was brushing my teeth as I waited. The rep was looking up info and reading (best he could) the copy.

The funny thing was that his name was "Ace". His parents named him Ace. After speaking with him for over half an hour, I just ended the conversation because he couldn't even sign me up for the membership club and without that club, you cannot save 20% on certain items.

Total waste of time.Besides their "ala carte" nickle and dime you to death over every little thing, they don't have the customer support credentials to earn any spot in my life.
